About the Role:
As a Product Specialist for our Bath and Wellness brands at Focus Global, you will be part of a team who transforms ordinary living spaces into luxurious abodes. We are seeking a highly motivated and persistent individual who can build, cultivate, and maintain the brand's customer base, as well as complete various tasks necessary to meet the brand's sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to explain product features of Miele appliances
Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate business strategies
Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability
Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
Work with the business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic
Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities
Job Qualifications:
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experience in sales, particularly in retail, is preferred but not required
Possess strong skills in negotiation, customer service, as well as written and oral communication
