Job Responsibilities:
The Service Operations Associate will assume a critical operations role within the HF-Service Department with the objective of efficiently managing all operational needs to assist various sections within the HF Service teams. This includes providing support for Focus Global clients by addressing inquiries, handling installation and service related requests, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operations and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
• Coordinate with other departments, external providers and suppliers in relation to customers and brands being handled
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics and develop recommendations for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• Highly experienced in using Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Analytical and has strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven and a team player
