Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations and admin support to the Service Department in the execution of marketing strategies
  • Prepare details and research customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members
  • Monitor progress of different customer installation and servicing projects
  • Coordinate with other departments, external providers and suppliers in relation to customers and brands being handled


What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Highly experienced in using Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical and has strong attention to detail
  • Results-driven and a team player
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
