📋 Key Responsibilities
Provide operations and admin support to the Service Department in the execution of marketing strategies
Prepare details and research customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members
Monitor progress of different customer installation and servicing projects
Coordinate with other departments, external providers and suppliers in relation to customers and brands being handled
🎯 Job Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
Highly experienced in using Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Analytical and has strong attention to detail
Results-driven and a team player
