About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic Customer Development Executive to join our team and drive growth within our modern trade accounts. This role will involve developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic customer plans and marketing activities to maximize our presence and sales in these accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Achievement: Proactively identify opportunities and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within modern trade accounts.

  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with account owners and key decision-makers through regular consultations and interactions.

  • Distribution and Product Assortment Optimization: Introduce and manage product assortments, ensuring optimal SKU selection to enhance coverage across all branches.

  • Cost-to-Sales Management: Strategically manage cost-to-sales investments to drive profitable growth.

  • Consultative Engagement: Regularly consult with account owners and decision-makers to strengthen business relationships and explore growth opportunities.

  • Negotiation: Develop and negotiate programs that are mutually beneficial for both FGI and the customer, aligning with business goals.

  • Promotional Activities: Plan and implement promotional programs in collaboration with buyers and merchandisers, ensuring timely execution.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct trade visits and store checks to identify opportunities for improving product availability and visibility.

  • Business Review: Evaluate account performance regularly, providing actionable insights and proposals to address any challenges.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall growth of the team.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or account management.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Willingness to travel nationwide as per schedule.


Preferred:

  • Experience in the appliance industry or FMCG account management.

  • Ability to drive (preferred but not required).
