🌟 The Accounting Intern will be responsible for providing support to the accounting and finance unit leaders in performing and completing accounting transactions.
📋 The duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Main areas of responsibility will include reviewing and verifying payments, fees, rebates, etc from e-commerce partners.
Collect and analyze data on operational costs and make recommendations related to transactions with e-commerce partners
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Technology & Innovation team, Logistics team and the Marketing & Product Management team
Assist in payment confirmation related to Service transactions
Send out Billing Statements/Statement of Accounts to clients by using tools
such as Automated Billing and Google Mail Merge.
Collate Sales & Service Invoices for transmittal to clients
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Technology & Innovation team, Logistics team and the Marketing & Product Management team
