The Accounting Intern will be responsible for providing support to the accounting and finance unit leaders in performing and completing accounting transactions.
The duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Main areas of responsibility will include reviewing and verifying payments, fees, rebates, etc from ecommerce partners.
- Collect and analyze data on operational costs and make recommendations related to transactions with ecommerce partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Technology & Innovation team, Logistics team and the Marketing & Product Management team
- Assist in payment confirmation related to Service transactions
- Send out Billing Statements/Statement of Accounts to clients by using tools
such as Automated Billing and Google Mail Merge. - Collate Sales & Service Invoices for transmittal to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Technology & Innovation team, Logistics team and the Marketing & Product Management team
