Perform cycle counts in warehouse and retail stores
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Coordinate with various stakeholders on adjustments needed to correct inventory discrepancies
Check stock condition and stock levels
Analyze stock movement and inventory level
Prepare inventory-related reports for management's reference in decision-making
Suggest ways to improve current stock keeping and handling processes
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1+ years experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related environment preferred.
Prior experience with cycle counting or physical inventory is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Airtable)
Warehouse storage optimization and inventory tracking systems (e.g. ASRS - Automated Storage and Retrieval System, IBM Maxima, etc)
Hardware used for inventory (e.g. using RFID tags to tag and track items)
