About the Role
The Brand Manager shall be responsible for the overall development of the portfolio of the assigned brand and shall lead the brand management team in the conceptualization and execution of all initiatives related to Brand Building, Market Penetration, and Business Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Program Management: Identifying, implementing, and evaluating marketing programs and plans.
Brand Performance Analysis: Reviewing brand performance in relation to business goals and sales achievements.
Operational Functions: Executing operational tasks such as merchandising and inventory-level monitoring.
Foreign Principal Coordination: Coordinating effectively with foreign principals to ensure brand strategy alignment.
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior when applicable.
Product Training Facilitation: Conducting product trainings for sales and support teams.
