About the Role
As a Project Sales Specialist at Focus Global Inc., you will play a key role in bringing our world-class Bath & Wellness brands to life in high-end residential and hospitality developments. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales by showcasing deep product knowledge, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will represent FGI with confidence and poise, building strong partnerships with high-end developers. From lead generation to project completion, you’ll ensure a seamless and elevated journey for every client you serve.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the Face of FGI
Represent the company with confidence and credibility when engaging with developers and clients
Demonstrate a clear understanding of FGI’s business objectives, SOPs, and product portfolio
Drive Lead Generation
Actively generate and qualify leads
Organize and facilitate product presentations, showroom and visits
Manage the Client Experience
Present FGI’s Bath & Wellness brands with precision, highlighting product benefits tailored to client needs
Ensure timely and complete submission of all necessary documents while communicating updates professionally and positively
Lead After-Sales Coordination
Oversee every stage of the client journey - ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and storage solutions in close collaboration with developers, marketing, and upper management
Ensure efficient project execution by proactively addressing challenges and maintaining clear, timely communication
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience handling high-end residential and hospitality projects
Strong background in lead generation, especially through engagement with design firms and construction sites
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe and Canva
