Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of overall facilities maintenance of head office, warehouses, and showrooms
  • Address troubleshooting, repairs, pest control on all sites
  • Coordination with contractors for works and scheduling
  • Project planning, monitoring, and completion, including project presentation for approval by the owners
  • Sourcing of supplier/s for projects and repairs
  • Permit processing for Bureau of Fire Protection
  • Supervision and scheduling of technicians
  • Construction committee member to specialize in MEPFS
  • Reviewing of plans to comply with the building code, property management guidelines and company standards
  • CCTV installation and repair
  • Coordinate with contractor or OSM suppliers regarding technical punch list to be addressed with the Mall Administration/Engineering
  • Purchasing of engineering tools and supplies needed for maintenance works
  • Inventory of all engineering tools and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • 2 years or more experience in facilities maintenance specializing in MEPFS working locally
  • Can handle multiple sites
  • Can drive with a valid driver's license
  • Amenable to work on weekends as needed
