As a Building Receptionist in Focus Global, you will serve as the primary point of contact at our front office, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, partners, and employees.

You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations by managing inquiries, coordinating communications, and supporting administrative tasks that keep our workplace running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a people-facing environment.


📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Manning the reception area and warmly greeting visitors, clients, employees, and guests
  • Directing incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments promptly
  • Assisting visitors with general inquiries and providing accurate information or directions
  • Receiving, recording, and distributing packages and documents to and from clients, suppliers, and employees
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
  • Providing administrative support and other clerical tasks as needed

🎯 What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on-site daily in BGC, Taguig
