Role and Responsibilities
Conceives and develops efficient and intuitive marketing strategies that will address given objectives
Organizes and oversees advertising / communication campaigns (social media, in-store, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
Maintains relationships with partners, media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Monitors progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures (online and offline)
Coordinates projects with timelines to ensure that schedules are followed
Ensures that content and materials required for all communication channels are followed and within the guidelines set forth by the department and/ or the principal/ brand
Works closely with various departments to ensure implementation of plans/ campaigns across all channels - this includes visual merchandising, offline and online initiatives (brand pages, partner sites, marketplaces)
Handles management of various social media pages including, but not limited to, community management, content planning and posting, copywriting
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (management, brand marketing team, etc) to identify business objectives and provide strong recommendations and strategies on marketing communication
Foster and nurture relationships with external stakeholders to ensure integrated exposure on different platforms of marketing partners
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in any marketing position, preferably retail marketing
Experience in managing multiple projects, including simultaneous task assignments
Natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established relationships to programs that impact and drive the business.
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset
