We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-driven and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This role is for you if you enjoy creating delightful customer experiences along the entire customer journey online and offline channels, finding product market fit, and driving business strategy for growth stage companies. You will assist to drive the marketing and go to market strategies for some of the best international consumer goods brands in the industry being brought into Singapore.
Marketing: Drive brand strategy for the company’s portfolio of brands to build brand awareness and brand loyalty
Brand conceptualization and overall marketing strategy: Campaigns, brand calendar, events, social media platforms, ads, growth marketing
Content Strategy & Creation: Work closely with the graphic design and content creation teams (e.g. in-house chefs, content creators) to produce relevant, localized and engaging content for the market
Digital Marketing: Organic and Paid digital marketing on social media platforms, SEO and SEM, and marketplace ad tools
Offline Support & Activation: Conceptualize events, including budget and expense planning, for activities with our offline trade retail partners; e.g. physical display, live-streams, cooking demos, product listing set up, new product launch campaigns, etc.
Trade collateral and supporting materials for retail partners
Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive sales on our Online and Offline channels
Work with the sales team on specific activation opportunities to push traffic, conversions, and sales in offline retail and e-commerce channels (e.g. product assortment, pricing and promotions, category and channel management)
Online Platforms: Brand .com website, Ecommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, etc.), retailers’ online platforms
Offline Accounts: Retailers, department stores, electronic appliance chains, and wholesalers
Work closely with the ECM Operations team, Technology team (web developers, UI and UX designers), and customer support teams to provide the best end-to-end customer experience
Product Management
Have deep product knowledge and industry knowledge of current product line and potential new product lines
Perform product research and competitive analysis
Test and provide insight on key USPs (unique selling points) of our products and strategize on best ways to market these products
Conduct feasibility studies for new products to be introduced to the market
Accomplish any other tasks and duties that may be assigned

1-2 years experience handling brands in the consumer market, preferably in related product categories like consumer goods and kitchen appliances
Exposure and experience with online and offline retail channels in Singapore is ideal, but not a strict requirement if there is exposure to markets in Asia. Particular emphasis on offline trade partners such as department stores, appliance chain stores, and others that carry home appliance brands.
Track record in developing brand and customer engagement campaigns to build awareness and continued engagement with end users
Experience driving marketing activities and initiatives with both offline retailer partners and online e-commerce channel partners (e.g. strategic marketing campaigns, promotions, merchandising)
Exposure to digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube) and e-commerce campaigns to optimize investments and return on ad spend
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Technology, or other relevant fields
