By supporting in the provision of company support for software, hardware, and any other technical operations and issues, the IT Intern will collaborate closely with the IT Team -- contributing to the overall efficiency and effectivity of every function in Focus Global.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Basic computer setup/installation/administration
- Installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware
- Basic networking
- Installing and resolving internet and network access issues (wired and wireless)
- Basic software installation and configuration
- Providing technical support
- Team service - address issues, and aid in developing solutions for process improvement.
