Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets across assigned channels—retail, showroom, or B2B
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions that align with their lifestyle or business goals
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor by developing strong relationships with clients, designers, trade partners, and business decision-makers
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our premium brands and confidently communicate their unique features and benefits
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth execution of the sales process from initial consultation to closing and after-sales support
- Market Awareness: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to spot new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience in any field (retail, showroom, distribution, or corporate accounts) is a plus but not required
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to be based in our mall showrooms or travel as needed for client meetings or trade engagements
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or CRM tools is an advantage
