About the Role:

The Area Operations Specialist supports the results and performance of our Focus Global stores. Partnering with the Business and Sales Teams, you will help create a productive and driven environment where customers have an extraordinary experience, and employees can perform their best, enabling the business to grow. Serving and delighting shoppers remains a top priority.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Operations Across Multiple Stores: Ensure that each store meets operational and financial performance goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify operational inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to streamline store operations and improve customer experiences.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track store performance against financial targets, sales goals, and other KPIs, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support Sales and Business Teams: Provide regular feedback and analysis on store performance, helping to optimize sales strategies and resource allocation.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay informed of market trends and competitors' activities, offering recommendations to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic, boost sales, and build strong relationships with customers and interior designers.
  • Coordinate with External Partners: Act as the main liaison with mall operators and other partners to support business needs and operational requirements.
  • Facilitate Training and Development: Contribute to the design and delivery of sales, product, and client service training programs to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.



What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, multi-store management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics, financial performance, and business insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage resources effectively across different store locations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting world-class brands.
