As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be at the forefront of attracting and selecting top talent for the organization. Your core mission is to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial resume screening and conducting interviews to executing background checks, ensuring we find the right candidates to drive our company's success.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Pre-screening of resumes
Call-outs and phone screening of candidates who pass the minimum job requirements
Assessment of candidates through extensive face-to-face interviews
Conduct of background check for short-listed candidates
Data gathering, consolidation, and report preparation of recruitment statistics
Filing and organizing Recruitment-related documents
Other HR related duties when needed
🎯Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or in any related field.
- With at least 3 years experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition of entry level to executive corporate positions.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven individual who can source, assess, and engage the right candidates to work for the company.
- Creative and resourceful in sourcing hard-to-find talent.
- Able to coordinate efficiently and communicate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Highly proficient in written & verbal communication, and in the use of MS Office applications
