We're looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Inventory & Operations Intern to support our daily warehouse activities, inventory management processes, and operational workflows. This role is perfect for students who want hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth stock movement, accurate inventory records, and efficient warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Monitoring & Updating
- Tracking stock levels, encoding inventory data, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
Receiving & Dispatch Support
- Helping with incoming and outgoing shipments, documentation, and verification of items.
Warehouse Organization
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Stock Audits & Cycle Counts
- Participating in periodic physical inventory checks and reconciliation tasks.
Coordination with Teams
- Working with operations, logistics, and procurement teams for daily tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Studying Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial engineering or related fields
Work Setup:
- 3x on-site in Mandaluyong (no work-from-home)
