About the Role
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training and development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in training administration, content creation, and learning program support while contributing to the organization’s culture of growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Training Administration and Documentation
◦ Assist in organizing and maintaining training records and documentation using Google Sheets
◦ Track training participation, completion, and progress of employees
◦ Support the completion and monitoring of eLearning modules
• Training and Event Logistics
◦ Assist in coordinating logistics for onboarding sessions, internal trainings, and events
◦ Support pre-training, during-training, and post-training requirements
◦ Help manage schedules, materials, and venue coordination
• Content and Learning Materials Support
◦ Assist in creating and improving training materials such as presentations, templates, and modules
◦ Design visual content including posters, slides, and simple videos for training initiatives
◦ Support the development of eLearning content and digital resources
• Research and Process Support
◦ Conduct research on training tools, platforms, and learning trends
◦ Assist in improving training processes and documentation
◦ Support other L&D initiatives and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Must-Have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or any related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Willing to learn and support training operations
