Ensure that the stores achieve financial targets through monitoring and improvement of measurable statistics that drive the business
Monitor team and individual sales targets & other metrics to provide feedback and analysis to the Sales and Business teams. This covers all the sections of your role: retail, trade and corporate
Monitors market situation, including competitors' activities and recommends strategies to maintain market dominance
Manage team resources to maximize sales, foot traffic, floor coverage, and customer engagement
Oversee the development of personal relationships with clientele. Lead by example in your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and interior designers.
Maintain relationship with mall operators and leverage this for better rates and other concessions
Produce strong results from proactive outreach and the development of a personal client business through you and your sales team
Provide consistent coaching on sales, product and client training to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent
Enthusiastic and energizing to be around
Detail oriented and knows how to multitask and prioritize work to produce desired outcomes
Loves metrics and numbers and has experience monitoring financial goals
Leadership experience and know how to nurture and guide your sales team
