About the Role:

As a Client Relations Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional after-sales service and customer support, working closely with our service teams to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring proper coordination with customers, designers, technicians, and installers regarding after-sales services and schedules.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a strong and engaging customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when needed.
- Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of Focus Global's premium products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to support client needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client concerns and service updates, track service performance, and provide feedback for operational improvements.
You're a great fit if you are:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Hospitality Management, Business, or any related field.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to assist people and provide solutions.
- Resourceful, quick on your feet, and able to problem-solve efficiently.
- Excited about collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing ideas to improve processes.
Work Setup:
This is a full on-site role based in Mandaluyong City. While preference will be given to candidates who can report to the office daily, we can accommodate interns who are available to work on-site at least three days a week.
