About the Role

As a Community & Culture Intern, you will help bring Focus Global’s people-first culture to life through content creation, event support, and employee engagement initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in employer branding, corporate events, and internal communications while contributing to programs that foster connection and community within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  •   • Employer Branding and Content Creation

    •    ◦ Create content for FGI Careers pages that showcase company culture and employee experiences

    •    ◦ Produce reels and social media content for interns, students, and fresh graduates

    •    ◦ Support content creation for employer branding and HR communications initiatives

  •   • Events and Community Engagement

    •    ◦ Assist in preparations for major company events, including Bring Your Parent/Person to Work Day and the Christmas Party

    •    ◦ Support event logistics, materials preparation, inventories, and giveaways

    •    ◦ Document company events through photos and videos

  •   • Post-Event and Internal Communications

    •    ◦ Create post-event content for careers pages and internal distribution

    •    ◦ Support employee engagement initiatives and milestone celebrations

  •    ◦ Assist in developing materials that strengthen company culture and community


Qualifications

Must-Have

  •   • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Psychology, or any related field

  •   • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  •   • Creative and detail-oriented

  •   • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn

  •   • Willing to work onsite and support company events

Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

  •   • Experience in content production, photography, videography, or editing

  •   • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms

  •   • Experience in school organizations, events, or community initiatives


Work Details

Internship timeline: June 1, 2026 to October 2, 2026 (4 months)

Location: BGC, Taguig

Setup: Hybrid
