The Marketing Manager will be directly in charge of the marketing vision and growth of a world-class brand in the field of commercial and home gym equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan with campaigns, initiatives, and events that align with segment sales strategies. Optimize sell-in and sell-out tools (events, email, web marketing) to drive leads, orders, and sales, meeting targets for revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Investment & Performance Management: Manage and allocate marketing investments strategically across business activities, ensuring profitable growth and monitoring ROI through pre- and post-analysis.
- Digital Marketing & Product Launches: Execute web marketing strategies to support new product and service launches, and develop e-commerce initiatives to increase leads and sales. Coordinate marketing activities and partnerships with industry influencers, following Marketing HQ guidelines, for effective product introductions.
- Merchandising & Stock Management: Maximize merchandising impact and oversee stock management to maintain control and alignment with sales goals.
- CRM & Market Data Management: Leverage CRM to maintain accurate, up-to-date market data and support enhanced sales productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project design and layouts meet corporate standards for quality and consistency.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the team, driving high performance, talent growth, and engagement consistent with company culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience & Education: 8+ years in a similar role within a multinational, fast-paced environment; Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
- Strategic Financial Management: Strong skills in P&L management, financial analysis, and investment planning.
- Sales Network & Project Management: Experience in managing and organizing sales networks with strong project management skills.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; a motivating leader who inspires both teams and customers.
- Empathetic Team Management: Proven track record in team management, with a high degree of empathy and people-focused leadership.
