Key Responsibilities:
- Operational and Administrative Support: Assist the HF Service Department in executing marketing strategies and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
- Customer Case Preparation: Research and prepare detailed customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members in addressing client inquiries and requests.
- Project Monitoring: Track the progress of various customer installation and servicing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, external providers, and suppliers to support customer needs and brand requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
