Our Channel Sales Specialist will join the Technogym team in championing wellness and bringing the world’s leading designer of state-of-the-art fitness solutions to more homes and sports centers in the Philippines!


As our Channel Sales Specialist, you are a strategic go-getter: you think, act, and talk like an owner whose passion is to bring the best of Technogym to fitness centers in the Philippines. You are an analytical business partner: able to spot high-value opportunities and leads, leveraging wellness needs of partner accounts in the industry. You have a deep understanding of the country’s product and market landscapes and proactively develop strategies to generate maximum profitability for the world leader of innovative fitness equipment.


What you will be doing:

  • Channel Sales Development and Management: Engage Technogym’s commercial network through lead generation, customer profiling, sales planning, and CRM tracking, and take charge of sales achievement, increase in profitability, and fulfillment of local cash flow targets. Fulfill appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with Company sales code.

  • Channel Growth Strategy: Develop data-informed plans to expand Technogym’s business footprint, maximize the brand’s market potential, and keep track of data insights and growth metrics to assess risks and opportunities for channel performance in the country

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop productive client connections and actively locate new business opportunities through strategic customer interactions and touchpoints

  • Market Visits: Connect with prospective customers through critical field visits, identify client needs and challenges, and provide the best Technogym solutions tailored to customer demands

  • Market Awareness: Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends, developments, and competitor activity, and demonstrate deep understanding of the country’s markets and local channel structure

  • Brand Visibility: Help establish Technogym as an undisputed, trusted market leader for wellness solutions and facilitate conversion of audience from brand awareness to consumer/customer


What will set you up for success:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Account Management, Commercial Sales, or a similar role, preferably in the sports or fitness industry, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

  • Proven track record in managing complex deals, selling solutions, and a results-driven mindset.

  • A solutions-focused relationship builder with exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with a diverse clientele through data-informed communication and compelling presentations.

  • Demonstrated passion for sports and wellness, coupled with enthusiasm for innovation in the fitness industry.

  • Strong belief in radical candor, fostering an environment where everyone is empowered to express their thoughts and provide continuous feedback.
