About the Role:
The Retail Operations Specialist supports the results and performance of our Focus Global stores. Partnering with the Business and Sales Teams, you will help create a productive and driven environment where customers have an extraordinary experience, and employees can perform their best, enabling the business to grow. Serving and delighting shoppers remains a top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving store financial targets by tracking and improving measurable metrics that drive business performance.
- Monitor team and individual sales targets, providing regular feedback and analysis to the Sales and Business teams.
- Observe market trends and competitors' activities, offering recommendations to help maintain market competitiveness.
- Support resource planning to maximize sales, foot traffic, and customer engagement.
- Help foster strong relationships with clientele, including assisting the team in building connections with customers and interior designers.
- Coordinate with mall operators to support store operations and address business needs.
- Assist in proactive outreach and contribute to developing personal client business initiatives.
- Provide input for sales, product, and client service training to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales, or a related field.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with metrics and numbers, with experience tracking financial or performance goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing world-class brands.
