Hunter Douglas, the world leader in Window Coverings, is looking for a creative, driven, and service-minded individual to fill in a position of a sales associate.
The Sales Associate/ Account Executive will directly contribute to the success of the organization; and his/her essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Achieve and/or exceed sales targets assigned to the Focus Global – Hunter Douglas showrooms (located in BGC and Pioneer)
- Cordially assist walk-in clients visiting the showroom
- Provide sound recommendation to clients with regards to design of window shades and blinds relevant to the need/requirement of the client.
- Represent the brand to clients and to industry specifiers which include architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Maintain a close working relationship with exixting clients and build a portfolio of new clients relevant to achieving targets for the brand
- Provide exeptional customer service to clients through:
- Specifying and offering solutions based on their client’s need;
- Coordinating with different departments in the planning and installation of client’s window coverings; and
- Offering excellent after-sales service pertaining to client’s window coverings
- Implement marketing programs in coordination with the marketing team
- Practice your creative and interior design sensibilities by working with the country’s leading design and architecture firms
To be qualified for this position, aspiring candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field from a reputable school
- Preferably with experience in sales
- Preferably with experience or background in selling real estate properties
- Interest in interior design an advantage
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and be stationed at BGC, Taguig
