Ensuring proper coordination with Customer Service team, in-house sales associates, service and production teams regarding after-sales service issues and schedules.
Handle orders and concerns of 3rd party dealers and ensure its prompt resolution.
Monitors clients and documentary files.
Recommending strategies that would improve the quality of service, productivity and profitability
Coordinates with internal and external parties to accomplish account requirements
Checks implementation of SOPs related to the sales process
Checking of Sales Quotations in terms of pricing, size limitations related to product warranty, stock availability
Processing of orders in FGI’s ERP system
Must have a Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university New Grads and Experienced Team Members welcome to apply
Experience in customer care and service is a plus
Experienced in using Google Business Suite (GDocs, Gsheets) and Microsoft Office tools
Must have excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.
Must be patient, hardworking and can work well under pressure.
Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
