About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth & Commercial Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia, with a focus on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across channels.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing brand initiatives that generate demand and support drive-to-retail strategies, while managing day-to-day execution across social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand
- Plan and lead product launches and campaign rollouts across Singapore & Malaysia
- Align with internal stakeholders (sales, ecommerce, design, customer service) on promotions, campaigns, and marketing assets
- Plan, coordinate, and publish content across social media and digital platforms
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence across channels
- Drive growth in social media engagement and community
- Develop campaign and promotional materials in collaboration with designers and partners
- Support partnerships, collaborations, and brand initiatives
- Maintain and update digital storefronts (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, website, Amazon), including product listings, visuals, and promotional setups
- Monitor key e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion, and reviews, and support ongoing optimization
- Track and report on campaign and channel performance, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Support internal teams with marketing materials, product information, and basic brand training when required
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail, consumer, or e-commerce environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Hands-on and execution-driven, with strong follow-through
- Good understanding of how marketing efforts contribute to overall business performance
- Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams
- Able to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
