Field Support & Troubleshooting
Assist field technicians with onsite installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of Technogym equipment
Perform advanced diagnostics and technical troubleshooting when issues are escalated
Ensure all service jobs are completed according to brand standards and safety protocols
Conduct site inspections to verify service quality and compliance
Team Assistance & Training
Support technicians through coaching and sharing of technical best practices
Provide feedback on recurring issues or skill gaps to the Technical Services Supervisor
Participate in or conduct hands-on training sessions for new or existing technicians
Service Quality & Reporting
Document service activities, including findings, resolutions, and recommendations for improvement
Monitor common technical concerns and suggest corrective or preventive measures
Ensure timely completion and accuracy of service reports and job orders
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with the Technical Services Supervisor to align on daily service priorities
Coordinate with the Customer Service team for scheduling, updates, and client communication
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the supervisor or brand principal as necessary
