About the Role
As a Business Operations Intern, you will support sales order management and operational processes from order entry to delivery. You will gain hands-on experience in managing transactions, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order and Transaction Management
◦ Process sales orders and liquidation entries using an ERP system
◦ Prepare documents required for delivery of sold items from key accounts
◦ Assist in invoicing and ensure accuracy of transaction records
Inventory and Data Management
◦ Provide inventory adjustments and update product status in the system
◦ Maintain accurate and organized data records
◦ Support database-related queries and concerns from internal stakeholders
Coordination and Delivery Support
◦ Coordinate delivery schedules with relevant teams
◦ Communicate updates and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
◦ Support tracking of orders from processing to delivery
Administrative and Operational Support
◦ Assist in managing correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
◦ Organize files and support general administrative tasks
◦ Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure efficiency
Qualifications
Must-Have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)
• Familiarity with ERP systems or data management tools (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel)
• Experience in administrative or coordination roles (school or internship)
