About the Role:
Our E-Commerce Key Accounts Managers are dedicated to building our online sales, operations, and campaigns through expert sales strategies, logistics, and analytical skills. The success of our brands in platforms such as Lazada and Shopee is greatly attributed to the hard work and support of our E-Commerce Key Accounts Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy
- Defining and implementing ecommerce strategy with partner brand managers
- Create strategies between platforms and brands to meet targets and objectives
- Account Management
- Handling sales/sales targets – analytics, sales strategy/tactics, pricing/promotions, product recommendations
- Managing Shopee/Lazada/E-Commerce platform and platform partners by getting placements / negotiating with partners, coordinating / collaborating on customer concerns, analysis of rates and best ways to maximize visibility and sales on ecommerce platforms
- Operations
- Oversees day to day operations from customer onsite experience to post purchase services such as customer service
- Improve overall customer experience and create improvements in workflow for not just customer experience but also save on costs
- Coordinate with Warehouse & Data Management team to optimize operations workflow
- Analysis
- Able to analyze using multiple metrics and report accordingly
- Reviews all metrics from sales, fulfillment lead time, budget and digital performance
- Team Work
- Able to lead multiple cross-function projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to lead/guide a team of 1-2 people
What we’re looking for:
- Candidate must have possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any course
- 2+ years’ experience, preferably in e-Commerce and retail industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently with effective use of time management and prioritization skills
- Experienced in handling ecommerce operations – logistics, warehousing, delivery, order processing, customer service
- Detail oriented and work well under pressure with tight timelines
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
