About the Role

As a Jr. Visual Merchandiser for our luxury home furnishing brands at Focus Global, you will be part of a team who transforms ordinary living spaces into luxurious abodes. We are seeking a highly motivated and persistent individual who can conceptualize, create, and execute marketing strategies--balancing visual appeal with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborating with the VM and Marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute in-house events, PR kits, and gifts aimed at promoting our brands to both existing and new clients, as well as trade partners

  • Creating and implementing innovative and artistic concepts and layouts for video shoots and photoshoots

  • Continuously brainstorming fresh ideas for window and in-store designs to captivate our audience

  • Managing inventory and ensuring efficient monitoring

  • Working closely with the marketing department to develop and execute compelling marketing and advertising strategies aimed at attracting more customers and driving increased sales and profitability


Job Qualifications: 

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design

  • A strong sense of design and a keen eye for color

  • Exceptional creativity with a deep appreciation for artistic details

  • General knowledge of food styling is a plus

  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning, project management, and time management skills

  • Preferably with 2+ years of relevant experience in design and/or visual merchandising
